I’m responsible for establishing, through the policy direction of the Board, the overall direction of the organization, its plan of work and the resource plan to implement that plan of work. Since our overall plan of work is concentrated on economic development in Bridgeport, I work closely with the public sector to help move that agenda forward.

My role at BRBC gives me the opportunity to
interact with all the affiliates and to work closely with the entire staff. My special focus is on the Leadership Greater Bridgeport program. Frequently, I represent BRBC on advisory or human service initiatives.

My primary focus is to assist our member businesses grow their business in Stratford. I work with the board of directors of the Stratford Chamber to execute our work plan which targets economic and business development. I work closely with Stratford's departments of economic development, planning and zoning and am fortunate to have many connections to the human service agencies in town.

While assisting the Bridgeport Chamber Board of Directors to promote Bridgeport as a safe, vibrant, attractive, and business-friendly city, my role is to help raise awareness of the Chamber's efforts through meaningful, impacting, and effective projects.  Together we advocate for small business as we focus on economic development to achieve growth and prosperity.  I work closely with the City Council, the NRZs, and City Administration in efforts to...move Bridgeport forward!

I help our members market their products and services to our network of members. We have an array of vehicles from our year long monthly mailing inserts, member lists and space advertising in our quarterly newsletter “Impact”. Members can also sign up for Trade Show, Expos and our annual Business Showcase.

As the Communications and Events Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that our membership is well informed and provided with an assortment of opportunities to promote their business. We do this through a variety of vehicles, including monthly newsletters, a full-scale Membership Directory, press releases and special publications like Building Blocks. I am responsible for designing and providing all of the BRBC's promotional materials as well as organzing all of the events.

I work on many of the programs and initiatives that the BRBC promotes.  From One Coast / One Future program to chamner trade shows, I help to ensure that we continue to provide valuable resources to our members and to the community.

I’m Paul Timpanelli’s right-hand person. I’m the link between him and our members, especially the Board of Directors, and I help plan and coordinate meetings and events.

The first voice you usually will hear when you call our office, I will help direct your questions to the correct staff member. I also assist in the database management of our membership as well as process relocation infomation and all general inquiries.
