Ferry to move to larger, more accessible,15 acre Seaview Avenue property constructing a new, 65-foot-tall terminal and creating 200+ jobs.

New, clean, state-of-the-art combined-cycle plant; (1) gas turbine & (1) steam turbine to generate 485 megawatts of power.

Phase one of 2 million SF waterfront development is fully designed and ready to begin. Development to include 200-250 apartments, 20,000 SF restaurant|retail with proposed waterfront access.
