The Trumbull Chamber of Commerce (TCC) was thrilled to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for a newly transformed special education school. The event marked the grand opening of a state-of-the-art facility, designed to serve over 150 students with significant disabilities from 40 towns across the region.
During the ceremony, TCC joined local community leaders, educators, and families in celebrating the hard work and dedication that made this transformation possible. Local officials, including Trumbull’s First Selectman (Vicki Tesoro), State Senator (Tony Hwang), Representative (David Rutigliano), and Representative (Sarah Keitt), praised the school's innovative approach to special education and acknowledged the vital contributions of parents, staff, and community members.
This new facility stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of the region, providing much-needed educational resources and services. The Trumbull Chamber was honored to be part of this celebration and looks forward to supporting the continued success of the school and its mission.
